A photograph of a farm tells you a photograph was taken. Words like premium and hand selected are not defined terms and carry no obligation. Even a stated origin tells you where an animal was, not what it ate, how old it was, or how the meat was handled in the days after slaughter, which are the variables that actually change what you taste.
