Kosher Beef Jerky
Our jerky, and the sweeter end of the shelf. Where biltong is savory, salty and air-dried, Meat Candy is cooked, glazed and unashamedly sweet.
Real, whole sliced beef — no mechanically separated chicken, no ground mystery beef, no leftover scraps. That is not a given in this category and it is most of the reason this exists. Two flavors: Hickory Kickory Dock, smoky with the sweetness behind it, and Baa-Baa BBQ Sheep, Korean BBQ, sweet and savory together.
Jerky or biltong?
| Jerky | Biltong | |
|---|---|---|
| Heat | Cooked in hours | Never heated. Air-dried for days |
| Cut | Thin, across the grain | Thick, with the grain |
| Sugar | Yes — that is the candy | None in Original |
| Texture | Chewy, resists | Tender, gives way |
They are not competing products — plenty of people keep both in the house. If someone has had neither, Meat Candy is the easier first bag and biltong is the more interesting one. The full comparison.
Sweet jerky carries more sugar than biltong does. Full nutrition facts are on every bag.
Availability moves — we dry in batches rather than holding warehouse stock, so what is buyable today is whatever the cards below say. Sold-out formats come back.
