Refund policy

Guarantee
We want you to love Biltong just as it's meant to be and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the uneaten portion of your order within 30 days and we will gladly refund your money.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and processed your return. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund and 14 days have passed, please send us an email at info@thegrubcompany.com, we will investigate and get back to you within 1-2 business days.

NOTE: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your credit card company.

Replacement
If your Biltong didn't survive the long trek to your mouth, please reach out to us and we will be happy to replace the goods.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
