What Shchita/Kashrus is your meat?
NOTE: as of Batch #0058, the meat used carries the CHK or Rabbi Weissmandl kosher certification and is grass fed.
We will continue to update our website and customers as we're forced to make changes due to limited supplies during these uncertain times.
How much does Shipping cost?
We offer free shipping to the US via the US Post Service for all orders over $50, and a small shipping fee of $2.99-$3.99 for orders under $50 to help cover the cost of shipping.
And due to customer demand, we also offer buyer paid shipping to Canada, Israel and the UK (you may be required to pay VAT).
How should I store my Biltong?
if you haven't finished it within 10 minutes of opening, reseal and consume within 2-3 days. Store in the fridge when in doubt or for periods longer than 2+ days.
What's the shelf life for an unopened bag of Biltong?
Really? you're going to store Biltong on a shelf??
We include a Mylar bag to absorb the oxygen in the package preventing the Biltong from going fuzzy, as long as the bag has never been opened, Biltong can be stored in a cool dry place for 3-6 months. However when in doubt, store in the fridge/freezer.
I like my meat hard, can I make it harder?
We love us some Soft Biltong with a bite, however if you like chewing until your jaw is sore, leaving the bag open overnight will allow the Biltong to continue drying and will harden.
What's your return policy?
We want you to be happy and we pride ourselves on making a pretty kick-tush product. So, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied and craving more great Biltong, let us know within two days of receiving your Biltong and we'll issue a refund or send a replacement at no charge.
I have allergies, can I enjoy Biltong too?
Absolutely!
Although we may be NUTS for selling the best Biltong on this side of the Atlantic for so cheap, our Biltong is completely Nut free.

When will my order ship?
We ship as fast as possible (usually within 3-5 days of your order being placed), and in the unlikely event that we have some Biltong in stock, we will ship same or next business day
Keep in mind that we do not ship on holidays or weekends.
If you sign up for our subscription, your order will process on the renewal date and will be handled as a regular order.
When will my package be delivered?
We ship all our orders First Class or Priority mail via the USPS which normally takes 2-3 business days. We include tracking for all our shipments, you will receive an email when your shipment has been dropped off which will include the tracking details.
Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?
We generally don't ship outside the continental US, however due customer demand in Israel and Canada, we have added the ability to checkout and select shipping type for Canadian and Israeli delivery addresses. If you'd like us to ship to you and you reside outside of the Continental US, Canada or Israel - Because we're awesome, drop us a message on WhatsApp or an email at info@thegrubcompany.com and we will make every effort to accommodate our amazing customers.
