What is Biltong?

In spite of its name, there is no Tongue in this South African Delicacy… Biltong is beef dried to perfection. We make it in small batches, with premium grass-fed Kosher beef and sustainably sourced spices.

What is biltong, and why is it better than beef jerky?

Originating in South Africa, this tasty meat snack has slowly been making its way across the world. Have one bite, and it's easy to see why, it's hard to explain what makes it so good, but we'll try.

Made from high-quality beef that's cut into thick strips, it's dipped in vinegar, coated in a mix of all-natural spices, and then left to cure in a controlled air dried environment. We make it by hand in small batches. The result is a hella flavorful, tender, chewy, and instantly addicting meat strips and bits, that also happens to be extremely healthy, protein-packed, and convenient for eating at home or on the go. There's no mountains of sugar and gallons of marinade here, and it's not made out of mystery meat like most jerky on the market.

No chemically created, soaked in sugary marinades, sand-paper tasting jerky here. Just a tender, flavorful, healthy, and addicting snack.
