Long-list baskets get one 1 oz mini each, which counts as one of the two foods. Spares are added, because someone always gets added on Purim morning.
Making a mini look like a gift
- Put it on top of the basket, not under the candy.
- Pair it with a small bottle of wine or grape juice.
- Add a line on the card: "Biltong: air-dried South African beef." Many people have never had it.
