How much for the table?
Amounts work from about 1 to 4 oz a head depending on the event. People take less at a kiddush than at a party.
Serving it
- Small bowls, refilled, not one big platter.
- Open bags as bowls empty. Sealed bags keep for months; opened ones soften in humid air.
- Keep it at the meat end, with its own serving tools, away from dairy cake or cheese.
- Opening on Shabbos: many shuls open bags before Shabbos. Ask your rabbi.
