A general guide based on our own products, which are sealed with an oxygen absorber. When in doubt, throw it out.
Keeping the next bag good
- Leave it sealed until you need it; the oxygen absorber is the preservation system.
- Once opened, press the air out, reseal, and finish within a few days.
- Humid rooms soften it; hot cars ruin it.
