The break room
A shared snack drawer has to survive a week of people grabbing from it. That rules out anything that goes stale once opened, and that is the main thing to plan around with biltong too.

A client gift

Setting up a snack shelf that works for everyone
A shared shelf fails when nobody owns it and nobody knows what is on it. A few small decisions in the first week save a lot of confusion later.
- Pick one person to restock. It can be the office manager or whoever notices first. One name stops the "I thought you ordered it" problem.

Thinking about the people who will not eat it
An office is a mix of diets, and biltong is a meat snack. That is worth saying plainly, so nobody finds out the hard way.
