What makes each one different
Biltong is whole muscle cut with the grain, washed in vinegar, salted, coated in cracked coriander and black pepper, then hung in moving air for days. It is never heated. The result is tender and beef-forward, with no added sugar in the Original blend.
Meat Candy is jerky: sliced beef, glazed and cooked in hours. It is chewier and deliberately sweet. What sets ours apart in the jerky aisle is the meat: real, whole sliced beef, not ground, reformed or mechanically separated.
